This separation and sorting array was designed and manufactured by RIKMAT PLADA Company. This array is based on the floating principle.
The array consists of two conveyors: A seven meters screw conveyor, half of it is in water, and a brush belt conveyor on top of the screw conveyor. The brush conveyor belt is also inside the water.
The sorting process is as follows:
It starts by feeding the back of the machine that is filled with water. Low density material in ratio to the water float and then separates by the brushes on the conveyor belt.
All high-density materials sink and then shove by the screw conveyor.
The activation and maintenance of this array is easy and friendly to the users, mechanically and electric.
